These pieces explore textures beyond repetition, harmonies, melodies, tunings, focussing on iridescence, depth, colour, dynamics & fine changes.

Recipe
"What is that [distant] sound?"
Attend before action. You listen for an extended period of time. You literally take the peel off a strange sounding fruit. You investigate it, taste & taste again. You can record/document this to a grade you prefer to work with for later.

Observed textures and some of their musical features then become part of imagination. Upon this i started generating distinct timbres and finally approached playing them, involving the very fine changes i had observed in listening.

A highly emotional space is to discover there, which i made friends with.

Thank you, *Enjoy.

Waving a hand to some of the early works of John Hudak & Eliane Radigue, except for track 5, which is an obvious but originally hidden track, unintentionally appearing like a cover version of Dick Slessig Combo's "Wichita Lineman", which is a cover version already.

This work was funded in part by Musikfonds e.V., Berlin.

Notes
-> Socialisation applies. Something or somebody alien, strange or otherworldly turns into a companion over the course of meetings, conversations. You can make an attempt to meet again, if you'd feel uncomfortable, even attacked or rejected at first. -> Works here use combinations of static, generation and manual modulation, directed over time.

Thank you SMC, JT, A&B&PS, AZ

Files are also available in 24bit. I recommend those. However, if you play this on mobile device speakers you will only hear more of the in-beetwen, and i guess, that this music likes to get environmentalised.
